About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About drugs and the psychotropic (psychostimulating) substances"

Article 1. In the fifth paragraph of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About drugs and psychotropic substances" of December 26, 2002, ZR-518-N after the word "conversion" to add with the words "wholesale trade".
Article 2. "Authorized body of public administration" of article 10 of the Law shall be replaced with words words "the Government of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 3. To exclude the words "in the presence of the license for the specified activities" from part 3 of article 13 of the Law.
Article 4. In article 14 of the Law:
1) part 2 to recognize invalid;
2) to exclude the words "and production" from part 3.
Article 5. To exclude the words "in the presence of the license for the specified type of activity" from article 15 of the Law.
Article 6. Add the law with Article 15.1 of the following content:
"Article 15.1. Wholesale trade by drugs and psychotropic (psychoactive) substances
Wholesale trade by drugs and psychotropic (psychoactive) substances is performed according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in the presence of the license for the specified type of activity.".
Article 7. To exclude the words "in the presence of the license for the specified type of activity" from article 16 of the Law.
Article 8. To exclude the words "in the presence of the license for the specified type of activity" from part 1 of article 18 of the Law.
Article 9. To exclude the words "in the presence of the license for the specified type of activity" from article 20 of the Law.
Article 10. To exclude the words "in the presence of the license for the specified type of activity" from article 21 of the Law.
Article 11. To recognize articles 31 and 32 of the Law invalid.
