The government of Ukraine, on the one hand and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the other hand, hereinafter referred to as "Contracting parties", signed this agreement as follows:

1. Subject of the agreement

1.1. Contracting parties decided to organize and carry out acceptance and payment of postal money transfers through the network of telecommunications agencies:

pensions, benefits, the alimony - without restriction in the amount;

other, the salary which amount is regulated by availability of currency of the states and on the date of agreement signature it is established in the amount of no more than 10000 rub.

If the same sender in the same day to one receiver poisoned several money transfers which total amount exceeds the set restriction, then the telecommunications agency making payment is allowed to carry payment of transfers so that the amount paid to the addressee in one day did not exceed the maximum defined by the Agreement (apart from untimely payment because of bodies of communication).

Transfer of transfers of cash on delivery is regulated by the agreement on mailings with cash on delivery.

1.2. Due to the introduction in Ukraine of the Ukrainian karbovanets in the interstate translated space established by this Agreement transfers are accepted and paid for rate which is established by national banks of the countries.

1.3. Each of Contracting parties establishes own rates for transfer of money transfers, and also on the additional services rendered to clients of the state in case of their acceptance or payment.

1.4. The payment due date of postal order shall not exceed one month from the date of its receipt in telecommunications agency of the place of payment.

If during this term postal order is not paid for any reasons, it shall be returned to the place of acceptance.

In case of change of the residence of the receiver within the state of purpose of transfer according to the statement of the sender or addressee it can be sent in addition to the new address. If the receiver was disposed out of limits of the state of purpose of transfer, then transfer returns for payment to the sender.
