aiming to develop mutually beneficial economic, scientific and technical and production cooperation and the fields of creation and implementation of reconstruction and development of the environmentally friendly automated passenger and load electric carrying transport (rope, monorail, rope and rail, trolleybus, etc.) and its infrastructures (loading, unloading, warehousing) in primary branches of national farms of both countries (municipal municipal services, agricultural industry, the industry, health care, tourism, mountain skiing, etc.)

being guided by the purposes of ensuring steady improvement of quality and efficiency of transport servicing, improvement of living conditions of citizens, expansions of employment, reducing migration, rational use of material and human resources and environment protection, agreed as follows:

Perform cooperation within this agreement on the basis of the principles of equality and mutual advantage.

Cooperate in the following directions:

research and development works, production of pilot and industrial designs of the new equipment, technical means of progressive types of environmentally friendly special transport and its automated control systems at the level of international standards,

design and exploration work for the reconstructed and again under construction objects of primary branches of national farms,

picking of the special equipment and spare parts to it,
