About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About notariate"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About notariate" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 320) the following changes:
1) in Article 19:
a) in the name, parts 1 and 2 to replace the word "State" and "state" in different case forms with the word "Departmental" and "departmental" in the corresponding nadezha;
b) recognize part 3 invalid;
c) recognize part 5 invalid;
2) in Article 32:
in the text in state language of the word "Mamlekettik Notarialdyk Arkhivderdeg" shall be replaced with words "Vedomstvoluk нотариалдык arkhivdeg";
in the text in official language of the word "in State" shall be replaced with words "in departmental".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
