About increase in efficiency of cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic with the international organizations, integration associations and the international treaty bodies

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic with the international organizations, integration associations and the international treaty bodies, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About interaction of state bodies in the field of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic", "About international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Assign according to cooperation profile to state bodies and organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic the international organizations, integration associations and the international treaty bodies (further - the international organizations) according to appendix 1.

2. Assign to the state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic specified in appendix 1:

- preparation and approval, including interstate, draft documents on different questions of international cooperation;

- representation on the events held by the international organizations at the different levels.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- with assistance of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic to create the Register of the international organizations which member is the Kyrgyz Republic;

- form the interdepartmental commission and assign to it the following functions:

annual verification of reports on cooperation with the international organizations;

efficiency evaluation of cooperation and consideration of questions of feasibility of further participation of the Kyrgyz Republic in activities of the international organizations;
