About modification and amendments in the article V of the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts No. 147 of July 17, 2014
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the article V of the Law on modification and doyopolneniye in some legal acts No. 147 of July 17, 2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 505), with subsequent changes:
consider single part part (1);
add Article with part (2) the following content:
"(2) If after indexation of pensions according to provisions of the current legislation the size of index-linked pension exceeds 1500 lei, the state financial support in the amount of difference between the cumulative size of pension and the state financial support before indexation and the size of index-linked pension is provided to the receivers of pensions specified in articles I, II and III of this law.".
Art. II. – (1) This law is applied including to receivers of the government financial aid before indexation of pensions since April 1, 2016.
(2) to the Government to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
