About modification of Traffic regulations of the Russian Federation

"the dangerous driving which is expressed in numerous making of one or making of several following one after another of the actions consisting in failure to carry out in case of evolution of the requirement to give way to the vehicle having the privilege of movement, evolution in case of heavy traffic when all lanes are occupied, except turn cases on the left or to the right, of turn, stop or detour of obstacle, non-compliance with safe distance to the vehicle moving ahead, non-compliance with side interval, sharp braking if such braking is not required for prevention of the road accident, preventing to overtaking if the specified actions entailed creation by the driver in the course of traffic of situation in case of which its movement and (or) movement of other participants of traffic in the same direction and with the same speed creates threat of death or wound of people, damages of vehicles, constructions, loads or causing other material damage.".
