Based on provisions of Art. 3 of the paragraph (1), the subitem b) the Law on technical regulation No. 420-XVI of December 22, 2006 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 36-38, to the Art. 141), Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of information technologies and communication approved by the Order of the Government No. 389 of May 17, 2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 78-80, 460), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Technical regulation "Radio communication and broadcasting. Effective use of radio-frequency range and exception of harmful hindrances", approved by the Order of the Ministry of information development No. 52 of April 28, 2007 to change and add with the following:

1) In Item 2:

a) the term DVB-T will matter the following:

"DVB-T – the European standard of land digital television (Digital Video Broadcasting - Terrestrial)";

b) the term DVB-T2 with the following value is added:

"DVB-T2 – the European standard of land digital television of the second generation (Digital Video Broadcasting - Second Generation Terrestrial)".

2) in Item 3:

a) tables of contents of tables No. 1 and No. 3 are excluded;

b) in subitem 3.2.3 paragraph 2 and the table No. 2 are excluded, paragraph 3 will have the following content: "The values of attenuation applied in calculation of the most admissible level of collateral capacity of radiation to use in the radio engineering equipment which belong to all transmitters are given in the table No. 3";
