1. Make changes to the Procedure for carrying out electronically sale of subjects to small privatization at auction, including by reduction of price, approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of September 9, 2015 No. 1325, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 25, 2015 for No. 1147/27592, namely:

to exclude item 4 of the Section I.

With respect thereto Items 5 - 14 to consider respectively items 4 - 13.

2. To provide to management of privatization of objects of groups A, D and Zh submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
