About temporary suspension of export of wood
For the purpose of preserving the exhausted natural resources, recovery of the forest areas and observance of the rights of each person to the ecological and healthy circle, and also for the purpose of regulation of export of the wood prepared in the Republic of Moldova and reducing illegal deforestation, based on Item i) parts (2) Article 7 and Item b) article 11 of the Law on state regulation of foreign trade activity No. 1031-XIV of June 8, 2000 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. 1. To temporarily suspend export of the wood belonging to goods items 4401, of 440410, 440711-440729, 4403, the 4404th 20, 4406 and 4407 91-4407 99 of the Combined commodity nomenclature.
2. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of its publication.
