solved:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for acceptance and implementation of collective decisions on use of forces and means of system of collective security - it (is applied).

2. To the Council of Ministers of Defense of the State Parties of the Agreement on collective security by preparation of the normative legal documents directed to realization of this provision, first-priority attention to pay to development of legal status of forces and means of system of collective security in case of their application according to Art. 4 of the Agreement on collective security, and also in cases of their use in counter-terrorist operations.

It is made in the city of Minsk on May 24, 2000 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in the Secretariat of Council of collective security which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
