About modification of the Regulations on procedure for the reporting by Central Securities Depository in the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 10 parts two of Article 7:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for the reporting Central Securities Depository in the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 28, 2013 No. 894, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2013 on No. 975/23507 (with changes), the following changes:

The second Item 5 of the Section I of figure "16" to replace 1) in the paragraph with figures "21";

2) in the Section II:

paragraphs the third, fourth Item 1 to state in the following edition:

"Monthly;

quarterly;";

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Daily Data of the Central depositary consist from:

1) certificates of total quantity and cost of securities on accounting in the Central depositary (appendix 1);

2) certificates of the accounting transactions made by the Central depositary in pursuance of agreements (exchange contracts) on organizers of trade (appendix 2);

3) certificates of exit/absence of depository institutions on communication with information system of the Central depositary (appendix 20).";

add Item 5 with the new subitem of the following content:

"5) certificates of transfer by depository institution on document storage, databases, copies of databases to the representative on storage (appendix 21).";
