About modification of the Regulations on procedure for regulation of activities of banking groups

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, of 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 9, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in efficiency and ensuring stable activities of the Board of National Bank banking groups Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for regulation of activities of banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 20, 2012 No. 254, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2012 for No. 1178/21490 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of the Section III of the word and figures "19.03.2003 No. 124, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 07.05.2003 for No. 353/7674 (further - Rules No. 124)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on March 1, 2016 No. 129 (further - Rules No. 129)";

2) in the Section IV:

to exclude Item 2.7 of Chapter 2;

4, Item 5.5 of Chapter 5, Item 6.5 of Chapter 6 to add Item 4.5 of Chapter with the new offer of the following content: "In case of inclusion of requirements and financial liabilities of banks - members of banking groups requirements of Items 5, of the 6th Chapter 4 of the Section VI of the Instruction No. 368 are considered";

3) in the Section VI:

in Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 of figure "124" to replace with figures "129";
