About modification of the Regulations on procedure for regulation of activities of banking groups

According to Articles 7, 15, 55, 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 9, 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in efficiency and ensuring stable activities of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banking groups

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for regulation of activities of banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 20, 2012 No. 254, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2012 for No. 1178/21490, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

to exclude the subitem "an" of Item 3.

With respect thereto to consider subitems "b", "v", "g" respectively subitems "a", "b", "v";

in paragraph one of Item 6 of letter and figures "N3k," to exclude H3-1k;

to exclude paragraph two of Item 7;

With respect thereto third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the second;

2) in the Section II:

in the name of the word "standard rates of the capital" to exclude;

exclude Chapters 4 and 5.

2. To department of normative and methodological ensuring bank regulation and supervision (Ivanenko N. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine and territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.
