Members of stock exchange are the foreign legal entities conforming to the requirements established for them by the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of September 30, 2005 No. 360 "About requirements to foreign legal entities for membership on the stock exchange", registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3916, and stock exchange rules.
