Art. I. – In article 4 of the Law on enforcement of the Section III of the Tax code No. 1417-XIII of December 17, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes, part (13-5) to state in the following edition:

"(13-5) Goods, the equipment, the equipment, furniture, the works and services intended for repair of House of Parliament on Prospekt Shtefan chel Mare ши Sfynt, 105, of municipiums of Chisinau for 2016-Yo2017 years:

a) are delivered in the territory of the Republic of Moldova using zero rate of the value added tax;

b) are imported using tax exemption on value added.".

Art. II. ­ – In the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. To state the Item t-1) of Article 28 in the following edition:

"t-1) the goods, the equipment, the equipment, furniture intended for repair of House of Parliament on Prospekt Shtefan chel Mare ши Sfynt, 105, of municipiums of Chisinau for 2016-2017;".

2. To state Item 1-4 in notes to appendix 2 in the following edition:

"1-4. Collection for implementation of customs procedures does not assess the goods and services imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, intended for repair of House of Parliament on Prospekt Shtefan chel Mare ши Sfynt, 105, of municipiums of Chisinau for 2016-2017.".

Art. III. – Resolve the Ministry of Finance implementation of advance payment at the rate to 50 percent of the annual limit set on object for acquisition of materials, the equipment, the equipment and furniture, with the subsequent confirmation of paid amounts in amounts of the works which are actually performed within accounting year, for the purpose of capital repairs of House of Parliament on Prospekt Shtefan chel Mare ши Sfynt, 105, of municipiums of Chisinau.
