About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Concept of development of system of provision of pensions of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 24, 2014 No. 670

For the purpose of reduction of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, in connection with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Concept of development of system of provision of pensions of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 24, 2014 No. 670 the following changes:

in the Concept of development of system of provision of pensions of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in paragraph six of the subitem 6 of Item 3.1 of Chapter 3 of the word "between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation about cooperation in the field of social insurance" shall be replaced with words "about provision of pensions of workers of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union";

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Program social and provision of pensions of the labor migrants citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic working in the territory of the Russian Federation" of April 30, 2013 with No. 222.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
