About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of bank deposits (deposits)", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of payments of fees in Deposit Protection Fund" of December 11, 2008 No. 687 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure of payments of fees in Deposit Protection Fund approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 2.14 of the word and figures of "deposit base of bank on 1/360" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "general deposit base of bank on 1/360, on annual interest rate 0,2";

- in Items 3.1 and 3.2 of the word "The Agency of Protection of Deposits under the Ministry of Finance" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Agency on protection of deposits" in the corresponding cases;

- state Item 3.5 in the following edition:

"3.5. If the participating bank of system of protection of deposits does not pay fee in system of protection of deposits or pays it out of time, or not in full, the responsibility measures established by part 3 of article 31 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of bank deposits (deposits)" are applied to it. If within 6 months the specified measures did not bring result, the Agency addresses to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for taking measures to participating bank.";

- third appendices to the above-named Provision in official language to state the paragraph in the following edition:
