About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts"

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts" (of April 3, 2002, ZR-320, further - the Law):
1) From Item 1 of part 4 to withdraw the words "except for accounting standards and audit, and also the obligations connected with placement of government securities".

3) from Item 12 of part 4 to withdraw the words "except for the directions of procedures of the powers delegated by the state to local government bodies, accomplishment of financial transactions of local government bodies, creation, execution and submission of reports of budgets of local government bodies, approval of programs of local government bodies of state bodies and also the expenses performed at the expense of the means deducted in communal budgets from privatization of the real estate which is considered as state-owned property".
Article 2. To state the last paragraph of part 4 of article 87 of the Law in the following edition:
