About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts"

Article 1. Article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts" of April 3, 2002 to add with ZR-320 with parts 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
"1.1. The government of the Republic of Armenia, and also - with the consent of the government of the Republic of Armenia – the state authorized body of management of industry of civil aviation, can adopt regulatory legal acts in foreign language.
1.2. With the consent of the government of the Republic of Armenia, in industries of civil aviation and atomic energy internal legal acts in foreign language can be adopted, and provisions of these legal acts shall extend only to those persons performing activities in these industries to which service duties knowledge of foreign language belongs.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
