About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts"

Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts" of April 3, 2002, ZR-320, (further - the Law):
1) Item 1 after the words "decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Armenia" to add with words of "the decision of the chairman of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia";
2) Item 2 before words "decisions of council of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia," to add with words of "the order of the chairman of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia", from the same Item to withdraw words "the chairman of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia,".
Article 2. To add Item 2 of part 1 of article 6 of the Law after the words "National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia" with the words "chairman of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 3. Add the law with Article 13.1 of the following content:
"Article 13.1. Decisions and orders of the chairman of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia
1. The chairman of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia makes decisions and orders within the powers conferred to it by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National assembly".
2. Decisions of the chairman of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia shall not contradict the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and the laws of the Republic of Armenia, solutions of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Armenia, decisions of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia, international treaties ratified by National assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
