About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts"

Article 1. In article 27.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts" of April 3, 2002, ZR-320:

Paragraph one of part 1 after the words "is the analysis" to add 1) with words ", and in case of the bill is information provided by the budget message of the Government of the Republic of Armenia";

Paragraph one of part 2 after the word "project" to add 2) with words "(except for the bill on the government budget of the Republic of Armenia)";

Paragraph one of part 4 to add 4) with the new offer of the following content: "Public discussions of the bill on the government budget of the Republic of Armenia begin in three-day time after submission of the bill on the government budget of the Republic of Armenia to National assembly of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. To add Item 6 of part 1 of article 28 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of submission of the bill on the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for discussion of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 2 Articles 79, the summary provided by the first paragraph of this Item is not submitted, and the procedure for submission to National assembly of the Republic of Armenia for the summary of the notes and offers accepted by the Government of the Republic of Armenia received during public discussions of the bill on the government budget is established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National assembly".".

Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
