About modification and amendments in the law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts"

Article 1. Item 5 of part 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts" of April 3, 2002 to state ZR-320, (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"5) Council of chairmen of the courts of the Republic of Armenia in the cases established by the Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia, the chairman of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia – as regards judicial service.".
Article 2. Add the Law with Article 34.1 of the following content:
"Article 34.1. Procedure for the state legal examination and state registration of regulatory legal acts of council of chairmen of the courts and chairman of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia
1. Regulatory legal acts of council of chairmen of the courts and the chairman of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia within 3 days following behind day of their acceptance go to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia for the state legal examination and state registration. The regulatory legal acts which are not sent to the specified time in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia cannot be applied and be performed, and the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, in case of detection of that act publishes the message on it in official sheets.
2. Regulatory legal acts of council of chairmen of the courts and the chairman of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia, in duplicate go to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia with the cover letter. Each of copies of legal acts shall be stitched by thread and is sealed by seal of the body representing the legal act.
