About introduction of amendments to articles 55 and 57 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 10, the Art. 1391) the following changes:

1) in Article 55:

a) 1 after the words "can be" to add part with the words "lawyers and others";

b) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. Lawyers shall submit to court the documents certifying the status of the lawyer according to the Federal Law and their powers, and other representatives - documents on the education, and also the documents certifying them powers.";

Part 4 of Article 57 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. Powers of the lawyer as the representative in court make sure the order issued by the corresponding lawyer education, and of the cases provided by this Code, also the power of attorney.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
