About modification of the Regulations on pardon procedure

1. Bring in the Regulations on pardon procedure approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 21, 2015 No. 223, the following changes:

Item 3 to add 1) with two paragraphs of the following content:

Item 6 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The chairman or other member of the commission in case of the President of Ukraine concerning pardon, the Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights, the Representative of the President of Ukraine for the child's rights, the Representative of the President of Ukraine for the rights of people with disabilities, the Representative of the President of Ukraine for the Crimean Tatar people submit the plea for mercy directly to Administration of the President of Ukraine. Any documents important for application of pardon join such petition".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
