About modification of appendix to the Law on the state control of business activity No. 131 of June 8, 2012

In appendix to the Law on the state control of business activity No. 131 of June 8, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 181-184, 595), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"1. Service quality of electronic communications (service providers of electronic communications)
2. Quality of post services, including services from the sphere of universal post service".
2. In the column of the fourth line item to state the 25th Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Observance of provisions of the Law on the prevention and anti-money laundering and financing of terrorism No. 190-XVI of July 26, 2007 suppliers of post services which have the right to provide the services connected with exchange of postal orders on paper or with transfer of property by means of mailings".
