Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 29, 2001 No. 156-FZ "About investment funds" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 49, Art. 4562; 2007, No. 50, Art. 6247; 2013, No. 26, Art. 3207; No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 30, Art. 4084; No. 51, Art. 6699; 2015, No. 27, Art. 4001) following changes:

Article 1 to add 1) with part four of the following content:

"Features of creation, reorganization, liquidation, legal status of "Managing Company of the Russian Direct Investment Fund" joint-stock company and procedure it activities for trust management of investment funds, including "Russian Direct Investment Fund" closed-end investment fund, are determined by the Federal Law regulating activities of the specified society.";

Item 11 of Article 38 to state 2) in the following edition:

"11. The Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation and municipalities has no right to be members of managing company, except as specified, provided by the Federal Law regulating activities of "Managing Company of the Russian Direct Investment Fund" joint-stock company.".

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
