1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
1.1. to prepare and provide to three-months time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the offers connected with reduction of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About state registration and the state register of legal entities";
1.2. in three-months time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with the specified Law and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.3. in a month to make corresponding changes to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of "Rules of rendering by the central executive bodies of electronic services in specific spheres" and "The list of types of electronic services" of November 24, 2011 No. 191 considering Item 3.1 of this Decree and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
