Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 19, 2009 "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 316; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 828; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1006; 2015, No. 11, Art. 972) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 8:

- in part 1:
