Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 28, 2011 "About procedure and conditions of detention of suspects, persons accused and defendants" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 433; 2013, No. 12, Art. 883; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 15, 2016, No. 1282) the following change and amendment:

1. To state part 2 of Article 9 in the following edition:

"2. Suspects, persons accused and defendants to whom as measure of restraint detention is applied shall not contain in temporary detention centers over three days, except as specified, provided by part 1 of article 13 of this Law.".

2. Add with Article 9 (1) the following content:

"Article 9 (1). Registration of settlement in temporary detention centers

1. In case of settlement of the detainee, suspect, person accused or defendant in temporary detention center, the responsible person of temporary detention center in the Book of registration of persons containing in temporary detention center shall register the following data:

- surname, name and middle name and other data on the identity of the detainee;

- date and time of settlement of the detainee in temporary detention center;

- surname, name and middle name, position, ranks of employees and officials of the criminal prosecution authorities participating in transaction on detention;

- the basis for settlement in temporary detention center (number and date of the protocol of detention, the resolution (determination, sentence) of the body conducting criminal procedure with indication of surname, name, middle name, position and the rank of person which constituted or took out the specified document);
