Article 1. Bring in the Air code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 13, 1998 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1998, No. 23-24, of Art. 342; 2005, No. 12, Art. 631; 2007, No. 7, Art. 685; 2008, No. 10, Art. 80b; 2011, No. 12, Art. 839; 2013, No. 7, Art. 50b; 2015, No. 3, Art. 203), following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 37:

- in part one "excellent" to replace the word with the word of "distinguished" and to add with parts two, the third and fourth the following content:

"The piloted aircraft - the aircraft managed in flight by the pilot (crew) which is on its board.

Pilotless aircrafts - all types of devices, airplanes, helicopters which are carrying out flight without pilot (crew) onboard, and managed remotely.

Pilotless aviation system - the aircraft and the related elements which are operated without pilot onboard.".

2. Add Article 38 with part seven of the following content:

"Rules of the address pilotless aircrafts affirm the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".

3. In Article 77:

- the second to add part with Item 5) of the following content:

"5) restriction of opportunity illegal, access for strangers to pilotless aviation systems;";

- 5) respectively to consider Item Item 6).

Add Article 79 with part four of the following content:

"Search and rescuing in distress or the victims of pilotless aircrafts will organize and perform their owners".
