For the purpose of the specified settlement the state customers in 3-month time from the date of decision making of the Government of the Russian Federation or Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation about delivery of products represent to the foreign customer to Federal Service for Intellectual Property the notification on results of intellectual activities, the rights to which belong to the Russian Federation which are expressed, (contain) in products delivered to the foreign customer, and also in the transferred technologies of its production (repair) concerning which legal protection is provided (the decision on ensuring legal protection is made), including legal protection in the countries of delivery of products. The notification form including including data on the state accounting of the specified results of intellectual activities, affirms Federal Service for Intellectual Property in coordination with the state customers.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2016.
