About modification of appendix to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 7, 2014 No. 778

"<*****> Except for the goods intended for production of baby food in case of the confirmation of purpose of imported goods performed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in the procedure established by it and within the allowed volume of import of the specified goods approved by the Ministry.".

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation:

a) develop and approve procedure for confirmation of purpose of the imported goods intended for production of baby food, provided by appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 7, 2014 No. 778 "About measures for implementation of presidential decrees of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2014 No. 560 and of June 24, 2015 No. 320" and classified by codes of the CN FEA EEU 0202, of 0207, of 0710, 0712;

b) approve as required import amount to the Russian Federation of the goods specified in the subitem "an" of this Item.
