About modification of the Labor code of Ukraine concerning testing in case of employment
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Labor code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, Appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375) the following changes:
1) the first offer of part three of Article 26 to add with words and figures "persons elected to position; winners of competitive selection on substitution of vacant position; persons which passed training in case of employment with separation from the main work; expectant mothers; the lonely mothers having the child aged up to fourteen years or the handicapped child; persons with whom the terminal employment contract for up to 12 months, persons on temporary and seasonal works is signed; internally displaced persons";
Part third of Article 27 to state 2) in the following edition:
"In time testing are not set off days when the worker actually did not work, irrespective of the reason";
3) the first offer of part two of Article 28 to state in the following edition: "In case of establishment by the owner or the body of discrepancy of the worker of post authorized by it on which he is accepted or the performed work he has the right during the term of testing to dismiss such worker, having in writing warned him about it in three days";
Part one of Article 40 to add 4) with Item 11 of the following content:
"11) establishment of discrepancy of the worker of post on which he is accepted or the performed work during probation period".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
