About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. The first offer of part one of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" (from June 30, 1996, ZR-69), to state in the following edition:

"1. Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (further - the Central bank) is the legal entity given with the state functions whose single founder is the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. In article 5 of the Law:

Article 3. To add the subitem "e" of part four of article 18 of the Law after the word of "bank" with the word "structure".

Article 4. In article 20 of the Law:

a) in the subitem "c" of the word "Bankruptcies of Banks" shall be replaced with words "Bankruptcies of banks and credit institutions";

b) from the subitem "ts" to withdraw the words "licenses the organizations performing bank audit".

Article 5. In article 39.1 of the Law:
