About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning indexation of the size of the alimony determined by court in firm sum of money

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About indexation of cash incomes of the population" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 15, Art. 111; 2015, No. 6, Art. 40):

Part one of Article 2 to add 1) with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

"The size of the alimony determined by court in firm sum of money";

Article 5 to add 2) with part seven of the following content:

"Indexation of the size of the alimony determined by court in firm sum of money is made at the expense of means of the payer of the alimony";

Article 9 after part one to add 3) with new part of the following content:

"Indexation of the size of the alimony determined by court in firm sum of money is performed by the companies, organizations, the organizations, physical persons, physical persons entrepreneurs who carry out the corresponding assignments of the alimony from the income of the payer of the alimony".

With respect thereto the second to consider part part three.

2. In article 74 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. 19-20, 142):

the paragraph one of part four after the words "size of debt on payment of the alimony" to add with words "the amount of indexation of the size of the alimony determined by court in firm sum of money";
