About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" (from June 30, 1996, to add with ZR-69) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Central Bank has the right to cooperate with foreign regulators of the security market. This cooperation includes the message and exchange of the data relating to regulation subject and also assistance to receipt of similar data. Central Bank has the right to transfer in the legal way the data which passed into its order to other bodies provided that their transfer does not contradict the law, after transfer will be kept them, established by the law, the privacy mode, and these data will be used only for the purpose of suppression or prosecution of violations of the law. For the purpose of similar cooperation the Central bank has the right to create systems of exchange of information or to participate on its own behalf in them, in particular, to sign memorandums and other agreements which only will establish structure of the data which are subject to exchange, procedure and conditions of their exchange.".

Article 2. To add the first paragraph of part 2 of article 17 after the word "report" with words "in which join the analysis bank, credit, insurance and the security market, and also information concerning the actions performed in the direction of regulation and control of these markets".
