About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to requirements of Articles 7, of 15, of 25, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for carrying out transactions with cash foreign currency the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.02.2019 No. 31.
2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position by the National Bank of Ukraine and control of their observance by authorized banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 No. 290, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2005 on No. 946/11226 (with changes), the following changes:
"The administrative document" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 6 of the word "board decision of the National Bank of Ukraine";
