Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the federal target program "Culture of Russia (2012 - 2018)" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 3, 2012 No. 186 "About the federal target program "Culture of Russia (2012 - 2018)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 13, Art. 1516; 2013, No. 1, Art. 42; 2014, No. 2, Art. 81; No. 38, Art. 5064; 2015, No. 16, Art. 2376; 2016, No. 5, Art. 691).

support of domestic manufacturers of the cultural benefits in the field of cinematography (Item 16 of appendix No. 6 to the Program);
