About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. The Item of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" (of June 30, 1996, ZR-69) after the word of "banks" to add with words ", and in the cases provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compulsory liability insurance following from use of vehicles" - also Bureau of the insurance companies performing compulsory liability insurance, following from use of vehicles (further - Bureau)".

Article 2. Add the Law with Article 38.1 of the following content:

"Article 38.1. Crediting of Bureau

Central Bank in the cases and procedure provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compulsory liability insurance following from use of vehicles" can grant the loans to Bureau.".
