About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Add the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" of June 30, 1996, ZR-69, with Article 38.1 of the following content:
"Article 38.1. Loan granting Fonda, guaranteeing compensation of deposits
If at the time of emergence of case of compensation banking system stability of the Republic of Armenia (feasibility and/or solvency) can be endangered, then the Central bank can according to the procedure, on conditions and in the terms established by the council to present Fonda, guaranteeing compensation of deposits, the credits provided with budget guarantee, in case of provision of budget guarantee, the stipulated in Article 11.1 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia".".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
