1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2002 No. 1578 "About additional measures for providing regular supply of the national economy and the population of the republic with energy resources" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 109, 5/11471; No. 101, 5/12993; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.10. 2015, 5/41192) following changes and amendment:
1.1. the second Item 6 to exclude part;
1.2. in Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for restriction or interruption in supply of the natural gas, electrical and heat energy to the consumers who did not provide their timely payment approved by this resolution:
in subitem 2.1 to add paragraph two with words ", gazo-and the power supplying organizations";
the fifth subitem 2.2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"power sources (power plants, boiler rooms and another), the gas supply facilities providing gazo-and power supply of the objects specified in this subitem, except for power sources on which according to the design estimates the system reserve power - and (or) fuel supplies is provided including by local fuel and energy resources.".
