In Rules for apportionment and uses of the resources of numbering of single network of telecommunication of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 13, 2004 No. 350 "About approval of Rules for apportionment and uses of resources of numbering of single network of telecommunication of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 29, Art. 3056; 2006, No. 2, Art. 195; 2007, No. 28, Art. 3440; No. 41, Art. 4902; 2008, No. 42, Art. 4832; 2013, No. 12, Art. 1331; 2014, No. 28, Art. 4064):

a) state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Allocation of resource of numbering for networks of telecommunication is performed by Federal Communications Agency according to the statement of the applicant - the telecom operator having license for activities in the field of rendering communication services (further - the license for rendering services in the field of communication), the owner of communication network of special purpose.";

b) in Item 9:

in paragraph one of the word "telecom operator" to replace with the word "applicant";

to add the subitem "g" after the words "according to which" with words "telecom operator";

add with the subitem "z" of the following content:
