1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2014 No. 656 "About establishment of prohibition on the admission of separate types of the goods of mechanical engineering coming from foreign states for the purposes of implementation of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 29, Art. 4157; 2015, No. 6, Art. 966).

2. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to hold in the IV quarter 2016 consultations with the interested executive bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning determination of the mechanism of confirmation of conformity of goods of mechanical engineering by them to requirements to industrial output imposed for the purpose of its reference to products made in the Russian Federation, the provided appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About criteria of reference of industrial output to the industrial output which does not have the analogs made in the Russian Federation".

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2016.
