proceeding from need of strengthening and development of the Russian-Kazakhstan trade and economic relations,

considering mutual interest in providing favorable conditions for economic, production and sci-tech cooperation of the companies of agricultural mechanical engineering,

attaching importance to joint use of the available capacities of agricultural mechanical engineering of both states and providing agricultural industry of the Parties with agricultural machinery,

aiming to provide favorable conditions for preserving and development of long-term specialization and production cooperation of the companies of agricultural mechanical engineering,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The cooperation between the Parties within this agreement is based on the principles of equality, mutual advantage and is performed on the basis of the conclusion between business entities, irrespective of their patterns of ownership, direct agreements (contracts) on deliveries of products.

Article 2

On the basis of mutual interest of the Party will promote creation and functioning of joint businesses, the transnational financial and industrial and other interstate managing structures, first of all based on technologically interconnected companies for joint use of the available capacities in agricultural and tractor mechanical engineering taking into account the developed specialization and cooperation.
