About introduction of amendments to the Family code of Ukraine concerning obligation of persons deprived of the parent rights to contain the child

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Family code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135) the following changes:

1) in Article 166:

to exclude paragraph two of part two;

add with part three of the following content:

"3. In case of satisfaction of the claim for deprivation of the parent rights the court at the same time makes the decision on collection of child maintenance. If mother, the father or other legal representatives of the child refuse to receive the alimony from the face, deprived of the parent rights, the court makes the decision on transfer of the alimony for the personal account of the child in department of Government savings bank of Ukraine and obliges mother, the father or other legal representatives of the child to open the specified personal account from the date of the introduction in legal force of the judgment in a month";

Part the second Article 192 to exclude 2).

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
