About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 17, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and to Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring optimization of work of Committee on questions of supervision and regulation of activities of banks, supervision (oversight) of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine payment service providers decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 189, No. 845/15536 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2008 (with changes), the following changes:

"Authorized person" to replace 1) in Item 1.5 of Chapter 1 of the word with the word "Board";

2) in appendices 1 - 4 to word Provision "the solution of the authorized person of the National Bank of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "board decision of the National Bank of Ukraine".

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for determination of systemically important banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 25, 2014 No. 863, the following changes:

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. The decision on reference of bank to systemically important is made by Board of National Bank according to the offer of the relevant structural division of the National Bank exercising supervision of activities of bank";
