About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About Public television and broadcasting of Ukraine" relatively about accession of the state company "The Ukrainian studio of television movies "Ukrtelefilm"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About Public television and broadcasting of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 27, Art. 904; 2015, No. 23, Art. 159) following changes:

1. In Article 1 part two:

in the paragraph the second the Ukrainian studio of television movies "Ukrtelefilm" to exclude words of "the state company ";

after the paragraph of third to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The Ukrtelefilm public joint stock company which 100 percent of shares belong to the state which is created by transformation of the state company "The Ukrainian studio of television movies "Ukrtelefilm" joins NSTU.

With respect thereto the fourth to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fifth.

2. To add Item 2-1 of the Section IV "Final and transitional provisions" with the paragraph of the following content:

"Procedure for transformation of the state company "The Ukrainian Studio of Television Movies "Ukrtelefilm" (the EGRPOU Code 02841347) in Ukrtelefilm Public Joint Stock Company Is Established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:
