About modification of the Regulations on Public council concerning lustration under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on Public council concerning lustration under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 4, 2014 No. 1844/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 4, 2014 for No. 1386/26163, the following changes:

The paragraph of the sixth of Item 1 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"Informs the public on the activities on the official site of Ministry of Justice and other acceptable method, prepares and publishes the annual statement about the activities;";

2) in the Section IV:

"3. Form of work of Council are meetings which are held at least once a quarter. Meetings of Council can be convened at the initiative of the secretary or at least three members of council.";

state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. Remote participation of the member of council in meeting is allowed if such participation is provided with video, telephone or other communication and if such participation is not denied by most of members of council.".

2. To department concerning lustration (Kozachenko T. A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Onishchenko V.
