the term "customer" means the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation under the contract (contract) with which development (upgrade), production and (or) delivery of products is made; the term "state supplier" means the state in the territory of which the companies (the organizations, organizations) delivering products in accordance with the established procedure are located;
the term "products" means arms, military equipment, military property, components for them, scientific and technical products, and also works and services;
the term "delivery of products" means obligation fulfillment by the supplier on providing the customer with products;
